I’m certified!

I’m now Dante™ certified! If you want to know what that means, read on…

Dante is an uncompressed, multi-channel digital media networking technology, with near-zero latency and synchronization. It has been adopted by many pro-audio AV manufacturers, and is fast becoming commonplace in many settings requiring networked audio.

In a nutshell, Dante allows you to transfer multi-channel audio over a standard switched IP network. Dante-enabled devices automatically discover each other, and simple control software makes it easy to patch devices together.

Developed by Aussie company Audinate, Dante really does make low latency audio networking very easy, and importantly, inexpensive. And now I’m level 2 certified to setup Dante networks! If you’re interested, please contact me, and I will be happy to demonstrate our in-house Dante network!
